    On November 1, 2016, Vanke Service and the Owners Committee of Guojihuadu entered into a property service agreement. Located in the busy area of Government Affairs District of Hebei, Guojihuadu has a gross floor area of 710,000 m2.  

    Since the entry into the premise on November 1, all members of Vanke Service Guojihuadu Service Center have been committed to the management and quality improvement of Guojihuadu, winning universal recognition and satisfaction of the owners within one month with professional ability and service standard of Vanke Service.

    Time is a witness to the value of Vanke Service brought to the community. Within one month the selling price of resold houses in Guojihuadu has grown by RMB 3,000.       Founded in 2012, Wuhan Dingxiu Property Service Co., Ltd. is an independent legal entity and a wholly-owned subsidy of Wuhan Changsheng Industrial Co., Ltd. Dingxiu Property Service provides services for residences, villas, office buildings, commercial complexes, apartments and other projects.        

    Since the launch of marketized cooperation of Vanke Service in 2015, Dingxiu Property Service has introduced Farsighted Service and unfolded a strong partnership—comprehensively enhancing the property service quality of the community through intelligentized management and building a more influential brand awareness and market reputation. The cooperative area of service amounts to 667,900 m2 and total number of households 5789. Community activities, community afforestation, cleaning and renovation, improvement of facilities and fire drills since the entry of Vanke Service in June 2016 have not only brought environmental changes, but also made life more convenient and safer. With the trust and support of Dingxiu Property Service, Vanke Service has continuously won customer recognition and provided owners with more comprehensive and reassuring butler service and allowed more users to experience the delight of property service.          

    After one year of steady operation, the selling price of the premises developed by Wuhan Changsheng Industrial, the parent company of Dingxiu Property Service, has grown by RMB 1000 to RMB 2000 per square meter. A high degree of owner satisfaction has resulted in a fee collection rate over 90%. Through steady returns to customers and an intelligent management model, Farsighted Service has created a value appreciation, comfortable and reassuring home owners.
